With Sealtronic, this problem is eliminated and the need for downtime is drastically reduced.
Sealtronic seals the nozzle and gutter of your CIJ printer when not in use. There is no wasted ink, no need for flushing which saves on solvent, and no mess. When the system is shut down, the gutter tube is moved up to completely seal the nozzle, preventing the ink from drying out. To start again, the gutter tube extends out again and carries on printing – without the need for cleaning or rinsing cycles. The production line is ready when you are.
